The Japanese tortured and executed numerous Chinese citizens and revolutionaries in prison. Between 1942 and 1945, over 700 prisoners were executed in prison. 

They were hanged and tortured alone, earning this misery on earth the moniker “Auschwitz of the East.”

There were 253 jail cells, four hidden cells, some disabled prisoners’ apartments, and 15 factories. 

Here you can see the entire and massive jail facilities, including cells, torture facilities, and so on, to remind the people of the history of humiliation.

It is also essential for children to enhance their patriotism education.

The museum houses over 200 artifacts dating between 1894 and 1945, including pictures, graphs, stone tablets, and documents that attest to the crimes committed by the Russian and Japanese soldiers while occupying the Lvshun district of Dalian.
